About Pat:
In 1985 he started with Hobart as a service technician. After a few years with the company, Pat was promoted to Service Manager. As Service Manager, he supervised over 30 technicians, oversaw all deliveries, managed the parts department and dispatch. After 10 years with the company, he decided to start his own business that did repairs on all commercial kitchen equipment. In a few short years he expanded the business to selling commercial chemicals for cleaning and refrigeration repair. Pat had a successful business for many years and over time his reputation spread as an expert mixer tech. Pat began to buy and refurbish mixers and that has now become the focus of the business.
